Hindson Her, Co-CEO: Professional with a background in managing sports and social events since 2014, specializing in both local and expat communities in Seoul. With over six years of experience in teaching, complemented by a solid educational foundation in social science, he excels in engaging diverse groups and fostering inclusive environments. Adept at organizing and executing events, he leverages their expertise to create meaningful connections and deliver exceptional experiences for all participants.

Casey O’Neill, Co-CEO: Lifelong passion for basketball, having competed in high-level leagues and transitioned seamlessly into coaching since 2018. As the lead coach, he is renowned for his personal and attentive teaching style, which has earned him widespread admiration and respect from students. His deep understanding of the game, combined with his ability to connect with and inspire players, drives exceptional performance and growth on and off the court.
 

Justin Goldsmith, Director: A strong background in psychology (doctoral candidate), currently leading the development of PBA’s comprehensive curriculum. His innovative approach goes beyond traditional skill-building, emphasizing personal growth and the cultivation of positive life skills. By integrating psychological principles with basketball training, he fosters not only athletic excellence but also the development of character and resilience in his students.
